Dermal Fillers – Semi Permanent
Ellansé semi-permanent fillers for collagen production.
Book your consultationEllansé semi-permanent dermal fillers work in two important ways. Like hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers, they effectively smooth lines and wrinkles, contour and restore volume. But they also stimulate natural collagen production to firm, tone, plump and lift for the longer term.
The treatment is surgery-free and highly versatile – at Apsaras, our doctors are experienced in using this polycaprolactone microsphere-based filler to enhance and rejuvenate.
Ellansé semi-permanent dermal fillers contain polycaprolactone microspheres. The fillers shape and contour and fill lines and wrinkles when first injected. Over time, the microspheres also boost collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid production for a longer-lasting anti-ageing effect.
The microspheres are broken down by the body – but the collagen structures remain and continue to fill, volumise and hydrate the skin.

Semi-permanent dermal filler treatments are tailored to your unique needs (as are all of our treatments). We’ll explain all of the options during your free consultation and will recommend the best course of treatment for you.
We’ll discuss in detail during your consultation – but semi-permanent dermal fillers are not suitable for treatment areas which have been previously treated with other aesthetic procedures.
This depends on the areas treated – we’ll advise in full during your free consultation. As a general guide, treatment takes around 30 minutes.
There’s no downtime with semi-permanent dermal fillers but some clients experience skin redness, swelling, bruising, bleeding and tenderness in the treatment area. These symptoms usually calm quite quickly but everyone is different.
Some clients experience tenderness during or after treatment, but this is usually short-lived. We can use a numbing cream or cold pack during treatment to help soothe the area.
Our free consultations focus on listening to you and understanding your needs and hopes. There’s absolutely no obligation – just impartial, expert advice.
